For people to actually come to grips with the fact that this game is great? Nevermind the bragging by the developers, the simple fact is that this game is truly epic. It very well may be the definitive racing game. Definitive doesn't just equal best graphics, its the whole package.
Dont believe me? Go look for Inside Sim Racings review. They say its right up there with the top PC sims, and that it has the best clutch of ANY sim.

I've played it for about five or six hours and I have to say, am I missing something? The story telling is really good, and the graphics are outstanding, but to call this the best game ever made? I don't get it. Perhaps I was expecting more, or maybe I'm just missing something, but this game does not scream "best ever" to me. So far, I think that Batman Arkham Asylum was a better game.
Iwas looking for something to play last night in my game case and ran across this game. I realized that although I've had it since it came out, I've not finished it. I put it in my xbox, played for about 15 minutes, which is about as long as it took for me to remember that I don't care one bit about this game and that i'd rather play Crackdown or GTA San Andreas. I'm trading it in today. LOL. 2400 MS points is too much for this lackluster game.

Can't wait for this holiday season. Just recently bought a PS3 and GT prolog. It was my first ever GT game and I hate it (just feels weird and very limited). I'm sure GT5 will play a lot better and I can't wait.

I used to play Warhammer 40k back in the day. I did it all, collected as many armies as possible, pained them, made scenery, you name it. I still have most of my armies packed away in boxes. Just not enough time for this hobby anymore.
There is so much history and backstory here. I hope they really focus on getting the feel of the universe and do this game right.
Last generation, the arguments were that the Xbox was way more powerful and had better graphics, and the PS guys argued that graphics aren't everything its about the games. Xbox-ers denied that, and the war was on.

I love my Xbox and all. I love the functionality, features and games. And for some reason, I haven't had a lot of trouble with it (knock on wood).
But dang, the accessories are just too expensive. I don't get it.

The price is at an interesting point. Its $50.00 for a year (here in the states). Its like someone there at Microsoft came up with a price that people may complain a little about but wouldn't prevent them from spending. I bet they researched it and found the $60.00 was too much.

This is great news to be sure, but not as great as it could be. I would imagine that right now this only works with the "Watch Now" titles on Netflix. While this may be great for that Care Bears movie you have been waiting to see, this probably wont help you when you want to watch any new, good movie that is just recently released on DVD. Those typically don't have a Watch Now option on Netflix.

Its not a matter of Forza not modeling car damage realisticaly. The fact is, they at least have some damage in there. There is a reason in Forza to make sure you pass cleanly, not using the other cars as some sort of a bumper to help you take the corner faster. Screw your car up even a little in many of the Forza races, and you will quickly earn yourself a last place finish. Is the damage realistic? No. Is it enough to make you drive clean? Yes. That works for me.
Do you think that GT5 will suffer from that awful shaking the in the steering wheel on straights like GT5P? Man, I hope not. Made driving with a wheel unbearable and frankyl, annoying. Hope they took the time to get this right.
